Position : Seed Technical Assistant 

About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Seed Technical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for research and development in the field of seeds, visiting farmers, conducting seed assessments, and exploring varieties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture
• 2 years of experience in vegetable production and farm management
• Monitoring plant growth and development throughout the cycles
• Conducting R&D to improve existing processes and introduce new products
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick learner and able to handle different tasks efficiently
• Diligent in task follow-up
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
